Marcia Riner


Marcia began her financial career in 1997. Starting in the real estate business as a real estate broker and mortgage planner designing financial strategies around their biggest debt. In 2007 she expanded to financial planning. She has a Bachelors in Business with a concentration in Finance.  Marcia Riner, a Certified Financial Planner Practitioner,  she holds a Series 7 & 66.  

Pamela Walker


  Pamela Walker has been a certified educator for over 32 years with students from pre-kindergarten to adults. She holds a Masters of Arts in Mathematics from Governors State University, Elementary Teaching Certification from Chicago State University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University, with certifications in Reading/ Language, Social Studies, Gifted & Talented and ESL. Pamela has served as a Literacy/GED instructor and a tutor for foster children in Los Angeles County Office of Education this past year. As founder and owner of PW Education Services, Pamela continues to serve students and provide editing/grant writing services. Pamela has presented and provided training at district-wide and State Chapter 1 parent conferences and schools. Pamela has written, implemented, and monitored numerous grants and awards. Major accomplishments include: highest GED pass and graduation rates for adult offenders as a Literacy Instructor, co-writer of K-3 Math Curriculum Guide for a South Suburban Illinois School District, co-founded Teach Them – Reach Them After-School Homework/Tutoring Program, co-founder and teacher for Whiz Kids After-School Program, and implementer of Coats for Kids Program. Pamela is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.

David Olan


David Olan is a leading Los Angeles trial lawyer. As founder and managing partner of Olan Law, David leads a team of attorneys and support staff who are dedicated to seeking justice for people in the courtroom and in our community. In addition to publishing and speaking on litigation matters, David is the 2012 - 2013 president of the Santa Monica Bar Association, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Consumer Attorneys of California.

Eric Apaydin


Eric Apaydin is an adjunct policy researcher at the RAND Corporation and a postdoctoral fellow at the West Los Angeles VA. He is primarily interested in healthcare workforce research and systematic reviews. He conducts reviews with both the Southern California Evidence-based Practice Center and the VA Evidence Synthesis Program.  Ph.D. in policy analysis, Pardee RAND Graduate School; M.P.P. in public policy, admininstration, and analysis, University of California, Berkeley; M.S. in biology, University of California, San Diego; B.S. in physiology and neuroscience, University of California, San Diego
